Refunds and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• You may return your order within 7 days of receipt if you changed your mind or the product is not up to your satisfaction.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@keralyss.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

4. Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made products.
• We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.

5. Late Returns

• We cannot accept returns that are received after the 7-day return window.
