• We will confirm your order by sending you an email confirmation.

2. Payment

• We accept online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and mobile wallets like Jazz Cash and Easypaisa.
• Your payment information will be processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.

3. Shipping

• We will ship your order to the shipping address you provided at checkout.
• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

• You may return your order within 7 days of receipt if you changed your mind or the product is not up to your satisfaction.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@keralyss.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Product Descriptions

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions and images are 100% accurate.
• If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us for a return.
